An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen within our clients Risk and Compliance Division in Guernsey for an experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic compliance professional with an attention to detail and the desire to be part of a team which is proactive in identifying and mitigating risks whilst adding value to clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a tertiary education and a relevant compliance or similar professional qualification in financial services.

Specific Experience and Required Skills

 Proven experience of working in a compliance team within the finance environment (administration of funds/trusts/both)
 Knowledge of GFSC rules and regulations, the new AML Handbook CDD/AML practices
 Proven ability to communicate and motivate via written media and verbal form.
 Proven experience of working within the funds, trust and company environment (ideally with some exposure to all three), preferably with past experience to managing complex structures
 Experience in dealing with multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
