The Position

Our client is looking for a Book Keeper/Administrator to assist in carrying out the day to day financial aspects of their business.


The successful applicant will report to the Managing Director.
You will be responsible for updating the Purchase and Sales Ledgers and will also assist in the production of the monthly management accounts and reconciliations.
Once established you will also help in the administration and processing of the monthly payroll.
In addition, you will be required to learn aspects of the general administration of the business.
For the right candidate this position has the potential to evolve into a rewarding career.


We require someone who has had experience of working in an office environment, and has also done some book keeping as part of their role.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Good level of English & Maths
Good IT skills - preferably with some experience with Quickbooks, but training will be given
Due to the nature of our business, confidentiality is of the utmost importance and as such, appointment will be subject to a clear DBS check.
